As per this tidal wave dnd spell you can conjure up the wave of water which would crash down on a specific area within a particular range. Also the area could be up to 30 feet longer and up to 10 feet wide, and its height is almost up to 10 feet tall. Each and every creature in that particular area must make the dexterity saving throw. So, on a failure, the creature would take 4d8 bludgeoning damage and it is knocked prone. Also on a success, the creature can take half as much damage and it is not knocked prone. Even though,  the water then spreads out across the ground in all of its direction and extinguishing the unprotected flames within its area and also within 30 feet of it.
