So, like your warlock grows in the power, they could select up to 5 optional feats to continue in generating strength.

Top 10 Warlock Feats for 5E

I recommend you to build your Charisma until you got to 20 but you must do it before selecting feats as a warlock. here is the most important part of being a warlock is 20 charisma shall improve the effectiveness and also the damage of your spells. Of course you may also would like enhance your Constitution or Dexterity to allow you to tank hits better.

That means, the feats are most enjoyable! The below mentioned 10 feats are some of my favorite to use when we build the warlocks. You can also clear your doubt on what feats can a warlock gets?

10. Tough

The dnd 5e tough feat is a good for any Warlock, but mainly for the melee and Hexblade warlocks. However this feat shall essentially provide you a +4 to your Constitution, whenever it comes to HP.  So, that’s the significant; 40 health at level 20 is almost enough for easily take an extra weapon hit, or else negate the enough damage from the magic to keep you alive.

So, that being said, it is arguably not as good as +2 to Constitution, since you do not get the bonus to Constitution saving throws. So you have to make sure you think about what’s more important; +1 HP per level, or +1 to your Constitution Saving Throw. It basically depends a lot on your specific Warlock build, and even whether or not your Warlock has trouble with Concentration.

9. Telekinetic

This is one of the great feats. As per this dnd 5e telekinetic feat you can get +1 to Charisma, which is negating half of the downside of taking a feat. You can even also get the Mage Hand, which is almost like a good cantrip by itself. Even though, you are able to make it significantly stronger by knowing Mage Hand naturally; usually the buffs this things gets to it’s stealth and range make it legitimately great.

Here the bonus action shall allow the Warlock to have a consistently good option. 5 feet may sound like a short distance to push, but consider this; suppose, an enemy is right next to you, threatening you, pushing them back 5 feet lets you escape without using an action.

8. Shadow Touched

The shadow touched feat 5e is a pretty good. The warlocks like the +1 Charisma, as expected. While the warlocks are able to learn the Invisibility, a warlock has such type of limited spells which are known that learning an extra (and good) spell as Invisibility is wonderful.

Here the additional 1st level spell is….Fine. But nothing here that you need to spend the spell slots on. But, of course the Ray of Sickness at least the heightens with level. Such as it does Color Spray, which the Warlock does not have an access to normally. Not bad at all!

7. Eldritch Adept

Whenever if you need that much extra Invocation, then you could do worse. However, since you have the max of 8 invocations, then this simply brings you up to 9. Which can allow you to get the strongest invocation which you had missed before; maybe you can finally get that particular Darkvision which you’ve always wanted, or even pick up an another level 15+invocation.

That being said, the warlocks do not be benefited so much from this. Of course you do not get +1 to Charisma or anything like that, and also it is just a single invocation. At least it lets you change two invocations for a level?

6. Metamagic Adept

As per this dnd metamagic adept feat the warlocks do not have more to do with their bonus action. That’s why, the Metamagic Adept 5e allows them to, like once per day, cast a spell with their bonus action. This could be like a huge surprise whenever you’re fighting a boss! your damage potential is wild with the Metamagic Adept, since you could cast one of the damaging spells and then use Eldritch Blast! A deadly combo,

Suppose, if you are really would like such burst damage, and even may be a bit of utility with something as Distant Spell or else Empowered Spell, check Metamagic Adept out.

5. Moderately Armored / Heavily Armored

The less you need to invest in the Dexterity, the better. So Moderately Armored shall allow you to get the maximum AC out of just +2 Dexterity. Of course that’s a great sign, since it improves your survivability without any help of high Dex. You shall not need the Dexterity at all! Even better, however if you’re at 13 Dex, then you can bump it up to 14 with the Moderately Armored and max out your AC all in one go! you simply try to plan around this feat, if you would like to take it, and then you shall benefit highly!

For the Hexblades, the heavily armored does just a same thing, but even better than! the Strength is mostly useless, but you are get to ignore the dexterity entirely and still get a max of 18 AC. That’s the big for your survivability! It’s great if you do not want to invest in the Charisma at all.

4. Inspiring Leader

The inspiring leader feat 5e is one of the oldest feats and it is more useful. You shall give everyone in your party ( (well, usually) the overshield until your next short rest. This shield is commonly pretty huge whenever you think about it; at level 20 with 20 Charisma, you’re handling out a maximum of 150 HP per a short rest 5e. That’s an extremely good! so it could save the party from a fiery dragon’s breath, or else be just enough health in order to keep a Lich from killing your Fighter. That’s really great though, and it is one of the best ways a Warlock can support.

3. Fey Touched

The fey touched is all the way down here just because i like it a lot more. +1 Charisma is a great start, however it is just improve; the Misty step is one of my favorite 2nd level spell, and also it gives a warlock a great spell for spending their Bonus Action on.

So, the first level spell which you are able to select from are significantly better too than the spells that Shadow Touched offers. The spells such as Bless, Charm Person, Compelled Duel, Dissonant Whispers, Heroism, Hunter’s Mark (for a Hexblade), Sleep, Tasha’s Hideous Laughter… All legitimately good options for a Warlock!

2. Alert

alert feat 5e is the crazy good. So as a warlock, you’ve likely had the situations where you shall swear you could have been ended the fight early if you just has been gone first. However alert is the best way to go first in the game, with a+5 to your Initiative being as much as 20 Dexterity. Suppose, if that was not enough, then you’re much better against to a stealthy ambushes and it can not be surprised very easily.  This is a most useful and great feat, but it is not necessarily the one which we think is best for warlock’s game plan.

1. Spell Sniper

So being a warlock, you might have always been just a bit worried about getting close to their enemies. With Eldritch the Blast being a primary source of damage for the class, that you have to be within a range of arrows, spells, and even more to do well. Not anymore else! Here the Spell Sniper doubles the range of your magic. That means an Eldritch Blast build can shoot a Blast and hit someone from…600 feet away. And then guess what? Suppose, if you tool the Metamagic Adept, then you can easily increase that range to 1200 feet! however you can easily snipe someone from a quarter mile away! This matters less in dungeons than it does in open fields, but even in the dungeons your attacks ignore cover. That’s an accuracy buff! so Finally, you do get a cantrip.  Of course that does not matter too much, but some of these cantrips still have the decent range on them.
