Actions

Life Drain: By using this life drain action this dnd monster can make a melee weapon attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 21 (4d8 + 3) necrotic damage. Here the target should be should be succeeded on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or else its hit point maximum has been reduced by the amount which is equal to the damage taken.

Of course this reduction would be last until the target finishes the long rest. Normally, the target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

Create Specter: The dnd wraith monster targets the humanoid within 10 feet of it which has really been dead for almost not longer than a minute and it died violently. Of course the target’s spirit would rise like a specter in the space of its corpse or else in a nearest unoccupied space.

Al though the specter is under a wraith’s  control. Even the wraith can have not more than seven specters under its control simultaneously.
