Multiattack: The mummy is able to use its Dreadful Glare and it also can make one attack by using its rotting fist.

Rotting Fist: By using this rotting fist this dnd monster can make a Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit:10(2d6+3) bludgeoning damage plus 10 (3d6) necrotic damage. However if a target is a creature, that it must be succeeded on a DC12 Constitution saving throw or else be cursed with the mummy rot. Usually, the cursed target can not regain its Hit Points, and even its hit point maximum will be decreased by 10 (3d6) for every 24 hours which elapse. Suppose, if a curse would be reduced the target’s hit point maximum to 0 and the target dies, and its body shall turns to dust. The curse even lasts until it is removed by the remove curse spell or else by other magic.

Dreadful Glare: Here the mummy monster targets one creature that it can see within 60ft.of it. Suppose, if the target could see the mummy,  then it should be succeeded on a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw which is against to this magic or else it become frightened until unless the end of this mummy’s next turn. If a target fails the saving throw by 5 or even more, actually it is also Paralyzed for the similar Duration. Even a target which would succeed on the saving throw that is immune to the Dreadful Glare of all the mummies (but not the mummy lords) for upcoming 24 hours.
