Hold Breath: This hydra monster able to hold its breath for an hour.
Multiple Heads: This hydra monster has five heads. Because of it has more than a head, then the hydra has an advantage on saving throws which is against to being Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, Frightened, Stunned, and knocked Unconscious. But whenever this hydra monster takes 25 or else more damage in the single turn, then one of its heads will die. If all of its heads die, then the hydra will die.
Of course an end of its turn, it will grow two heads for each of its heads which has been died since its last turn, but unless it has taken fire damage since it last turn. Finally, the hydra could regain 10 Hit points for each of its head regrown in this way.
Reactive Heads: For each of the head the hydra monster has beyond one, but it gets an extra reaction which could be used only for Opportunity Attacks.
Wakeful: During the hydra sleeps, then also at least one of its heads is awake.
Actions
Multiattack: The hydra monster can make as many bite attacks as it has the heads.
Bite: By using this bite attack it can make a Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage.
