Multiattack: This harpy monster in dnd 5e has multiattack option, by this the harpy can makes two attacks such as : one with its claws and one with its club.

Club: By using this club attack this harpy monster can make a Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage.

Luring Song: Basically, the harpy can sing the magical melody. Each and every humanoid and also the giant which is within 300 ft.,  of the harpy which can able to here the song should be succeeded on the DC 11 wisdom saving throw or else be charmed until unless the song would be end.

Basically, the harpy monster should take a bonus action on its subsequent turns for continuing its singing. It also can stop singing at any situation. The song probably ends if the harpy is Incapacitated. Any how, while it is charmed by the harpy, and also a target is incapacitated and also ignores some of the songs of some other harpies.  Suppose, the charmed target is more than 5 ft., away from this harpy and also the must move on its turn towards a harpy by the most direct route.
