Traits

Death Burst: Whenever this mephit dies, it will explodes in the burst of dust. Each and every creature within  5 feet of it must be and then succeeded on a DC 10 constitution saving throw or else it should be blinded for a minute. Basically, a blinded creature able to repeat the saving throw on each of its turns, by ending the effect on itself on a specific success.

Innate Spellcasting (1/Day): The dust mephit monster able to innately cast sleep, and also by requiring none of any material components. Its innate spellcasting ability is one and only the charisma.

Actions

Claws: By using the claws attack it can make a Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage.

Blinding Breath (Recharge 6): As we come to its respiratory system this monster exhales a 15-foot cone of blinding dust. Each and every creature in that area must be succeeded on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or else be blinded for a particular minute. Although, a creature able to repeat its saving throw at an end of each of its turns, by ending its effect on itself on a success.
