Hello dungeons and dragons role playing game players and dungeon masters! today we are going to be writing about one of the optional backgrounds called ticklebelly nomad dnd 5e. In any case let’s start our todays topic by first looking at its description.

Description

Being a  ticklebelly nomad background 5e you were born into the nomadic tribe which is known as Ticklebelly Hills home. However you’ve been migrated from a location to location, and living off the land with your tribe. Probably, your tribe would be seasonally travel to south into a Grass Sea and the Giant’s Cairn,  north into Dragonspine Mountains, however even occasionally east across of the Stojanow River to the borders of the Quivering forest.

In your migrations, all of your people shall have come to know the stone giant tribes which populate the Giant’s Cairn. Any how the dragon cultists came to the hills one day-magic-users wearing purple and also riding the horrid beasts, the black-clad warriors wearing wicked masks and also even the soldiers from a nearby town of phlan. Then a dragon known as Vorgansharax arrived and laired in the hills, causing horrid thickets in order to grow and animals to act unusually.  However the cultist shall began to riding nomad camps for the victims in order to offer to the wyrm.  Although, eventually the dragon moved on to an attack Phlan, but the life was never again the same for the nomads of the Ticklebelly Hills.

Feature: At Home in the Wild

As per this feature the wilderness is your home and also you’re more comfortable dwelling in it. Any how you can easily find a place in order to hide, rest, or else recuperate whenever out in the wild. Of course this particular place of rest is secure enough for concealing you from most of the natural threats. However the threats that are supernatural, magical, or even are actively seeking you out might do so with the difficulty depends upon the nature of the threat (like determined by the DM). Anyway, this particular feature does not shield or else conceal you from scrying, mental probing, no from threats that does not necessarily require five senses for finding you.

Note: This feature is a variant of the Folk Hero background feature.

Suggested Characteristics

The ticklebelly nomad 5e background only the venture into a civilization when it is necessary. Of course you are a social within your tribe, with the tribes of other nomads, and also even with the stone giant tribes that are populate the Giant’s Cairn. Anyhow, some of the other communities tend to either put you upon your guard or else put you in a state of wonder. So here is a question i.e., was it this wonder that enticed you into a life of adventuring? on the other hand, you’re almost fiercely protective of and dedicated to your tribe. Probably it was this dedication which led you to venture out; either of your own will or at the behest of your tribe’s leaders.

5I discovered a strange relic in the hills during my tribe’s wanderings. I must discover what it is.
6One of the stone giant clans from the Giant’s Cairn has graced me with a mark of kinship.
